Our service schedule is based on time and distance travelled, and should be followed according to whichever comes first. Whether you travel a lot or a little, sticking to your service schedule will keep your caravan in good working order and help prevent small issues from turning into big ones by catching them early.

As a Jayco owner, all servicing is at your own arrangement with a JARSA (Jayco dealership and authorised repairers) that is most convenient to you. Although we have an extensive network of dealers and authorised repairers across Australia, we cannot guarantee that a JARSA will be close to you.
